Tried the iOS simulators as well to debug Safari without hassle and ”change, deploy, test, repeat“? So you can at least attach macOS Safari‘s dev tools to it and debug in the browser.
Usually if it happens on device it also happens inside the simulators (even though it doesn’t in ”responsive mode”).
