He's ordered the Dept of InJustice to investigate Democrats he dislikes & then orders the Epstein files released. Can't do both at the same time. My guess, the Dept of InJustice will claim, the files have to remain as they are, pending the open investigation of Democrats...but not in so many words.

If there is one "positive" take away from Trump 2.0, it's that he has exposed the gaps and soft spots in our Constitution and process. The next Democrat Congress needs to shore up those gaps so, no President can ever again, game the system to gain more power than the Founding Fathers authored.
