In amendment #2, well regulated militia is essentially ignored. Now that birthright citizenship is presumed to be not part of amendment #14, how long before Obama’s presidency is retroactively declared to be illegitimate by the confederacy of dunces? (Since his BC was bogusly declared to be fake.)
