My new purchase. Ashamed to say I've been a Philistine towards poetry, even my late father who was never educated beyond his small 🇭🇺village school was an avid reader of poetry. I stumbled on Malcolm Guite via a friends post, and have found him utterly engaging both as a poet and a Christian.

The Scottish Borders, Autumn is a beautiful time of year, and while we do get a fair amount of tourism we're still a slightly overlooked part of Scotland. I don't mind. (Traquair Road, Peeblesshire)

The River Tweed as it flows through Yair, near Selkirk.

The Yair road maybe the shortcut for many to the Borders General Hospital, but it also provides one of the most scenic routes in the Scottish Borders.
