Because we had names for two very different and very useful things (DTOs and Value Objects). With your redefinition, we now have two names for the former, and nothing to name the latter. We've lost, without gaining anything.

I get intermittent test failures only when running in parallel, and am using Breeze, but haven’t dug into why (yet).
