This recent scoping review shows how inclusive, intersectional research methods can transform the field, moving beyond risk to identity, healing & liberation.

Great blog by @stephennaulls.bsky.social and Shubhangi Karmakar 👏🏽

🌈 Psychedelics & queerness have always been intertwined—through harm & healing.
But queer voices are still rare in research.

🧠 We’re recruiting for the world’s first brain scan study on the long-term effects of chemsex. 🧠

There’s been a lot of talk about chemsex in the media—but we need more than just conversation. We need real research, real data, and real change.

Taking credit for the success of the Women’s team is absolutely nauseating stuff and even if it’s correct then surely they can see the obvious differences to how they’re running them vs the Men’s side?
Chelsea’s ownership appointed Wisntanley and Stewart two years ago to rebuild the whole club, not just the men’s first-team squad.

That’s one big reason why, despite vocal fan criticism, the judgement of their work internally is very different.

Chelsea’s co-sporting directors were hired for the long term and that is how they will be judged
Laurence Stewart and Paul Winstanley are the subjects of fans' anger but they are key components of Chelsea's plans for the future

Usually in football this kind of public statement of support from the board means they’ll end up getting sacked soon 😎
Chelsea co-owner Jonathan Goldstein says that Enzo Maresca is "doing a great job" and will "100 per cent" continue as head coach for the rest of the season, despite the club's recent poor form...

Football vs homophobia month of action and I guarantee our fans are going to disgrace/upset me and others by doing some grim homophobic chanting today… and probably next week. Almost didn’t come to the game but changed my mind cos football is for EVERYONE. Let’s get to Wembley!!!! 💙💙💙💙

Super-interesting paper here using Finnish mortality data that finds that when alcohol became more affordable (2000-07), deaths due to alcohol rose much faster for low-income groups, than high-income, especially men. When affordability fell (2008-17) the opposite was true.

Impressive that such a young team had the resilience to convincingly turn a game around in which they were unexpectedly 2-0 down in a very hostile atmosphere.

Could have easily lost their heads but instead went on to dominate and see it off with a panenka.

so promising

something so glorious about Spurs always 'going to war' in their games with us and consistently leaving with 0 points, multiple injuries and a halt to any momentum they had.
