Back to the usual formula for the Magic. Paolo (36-11-5) and Franz (25-7-5) lead the way. Orlando shoots bad from 3 again 6-of-25, but it didn’t matter because the Magic crushed it with points in the paint and won the free throw battle.

Definitely was not expecting the Magic to keep it that close last night. Pretty cool to see Suggs stepping up into this role. He has scored 14 pts and 18pts in the last two games as the lead scorer in each 4th qtr and combined for 58 points over the two games. Pretty impressive.

Definitely was not expecting the Magic to keep it that close last night. Pretty cool to see Suggs stepping up into this role. He has scored 14 pts and 18pts in the last two games as the lead scorer in each 4th qtr and combined for 58 points over the two games. Pretty impressive.

With the Magic’s 133 to 119 win over the Bulls yesterday they hold a strong standing in the 3rd seed in the east. It helps that the 4th seed Knicks lost to the Mavs as well.

The Magic beat the Pistons 111 to 100 marking their 8th win in 9 games with 11-7 record and undefeated at Kia center. Franz had a team-high of 30 points which is his 5th game with 30 points or higher. Franz has score 20+ in 13 of 18 games this season. He also had 9rb and 8ast.

My 5:30am work out got me as energized as Franz game winner!
Definitely going to rewatch the Magic beating the Lakers again later today.

Something I found interesting about todays game of the Magic vs Clippers. Both teams are top 10 in defense and bottom 10 in offense.

Something I found interesting about todays game of the Magic vs Clippers. Both teams are top 10 in defense and bottom 10 in offense.
In 14 minutes Ex Orlando Magic player Elfrid Payton who has struggled to stay in the NBA in recent years but has spent time playing overseas and in the G League has 6pt, 7ast, 5rb. He does have 4 TO but that’s not bad for a player that signed with the team this morning.
