When Charlie was 5 she told me they had learned about the symbols of the U.S. in kindergarten. The American flag, the Statue of Liberty, the eagle, the White House, ... and the Great Walrus. I paused for a long time trying to parse this before finally asking, "Do you mean the Great Seal?"
