I use the web developer tools to disable the paste events. That usually does it. It is different for all sites and can be a bit of a trial and error.

We hold minimal standing meetings and call for huddles as needed. Generally a huddle is no more than 3-5 people. And it isn’t predicated on maximal participation but rather best effort. Which surprisingly encourages frequent and consistent participation. FOMO works, lol.

Thanks for the link. I generally know what we should be doing, it’s more about trying to figure out where to start, lol. Our systemic challenge is that the whole app is collaborative, so nearly _all_ state that can change seems like global state. One “artifact” can be included in many others.

It is quite simple, in practice. But it does tend to leave things lying around the OS if they store files outside of some standard locations. So be aware of that, too.

Many years ago when I first switched to Apple I couldn’t figure out how to uninstall apps… dragging them to the trash can was not ‘intuitive’ after living in Windows world for so long.

My favorite, and pretty much only consistently used, copilot feature is expression completion. It’s pretty good at that when I’ve already built out the structure and have good context.

Oh I definitely give grace, don’t ridicule and try to help encourage them through the thought process. I too get that same pit of anxiety and doubt when solving problems in an interview setting. I was just making an observation about how even the seemingly simplest of tasks can trip people up.
