Buffalo (berry) roe

Yellowstone is pretty damn epic

Spring is dope

Lots more truffles! They are finally all packed up and ready to be given/eaten.

Once again, I’ve gone a bit overboard making chocolates for Christmas. These are white chocolate cranberry roles in pistachios
A baking tray completely filled with little chocolate truffles. You can only see the pistachios on the outside of the truffles but the inside is white chocolate with cranberries.

Finally, rounding out the night had sfoof, rosewater shortbread cookies, and baklava.

Mains were kibbeh, falafel, and fried halloumi.
Baked kibbeh. More crumbly than I would’ve liked, but the flavors were spot on at least Bowl of baked falafel. The falafel has a bit of a green hue to it since I put like three bunches of herbs in the batch. Fried halloumi cheese topped with parsley and sumac

A day of many thanks! I got the family into the habit of not doing the typical turkey dinner several years ago and instead trying other country’s cuisines. This year our meal took us to Lebanon. Started with veggies with hummus and muhammara.
