Staple with a stapler from the hardware store. The mini quilt I did was 8” on the front of the frame with a 3” boarder that wrapped around the frame edge. This is what the edge looks like.

Once all sides are stapled, work your way towards the corners, tucking the fabric neatly as though wrapping a package. Staple to secure.

It’s surprising simple. Center the quilt, wrap one side to the back and staple in the center of that side. Go to the side opposite and stretch the fabric around and make adjustments to keep it centered. Staple in the center of that side. Repeat the other two sides.
