Postdoc responsibilities including conducting independent and collaborative research with me + the lab, leading contributions to journals + conferences, contributing to grant writing, and participating in the lab + department community.

We utilize archival datasets and other survey methods to investigate the interplay between personality, socioeconomic resources, and intergroup relations.

I define agents (& personality) & social structure such that they shape and are shaped by each other. I describe how this mutual shaping occurs through four processes adopted from theories of person–environment transactions: selection, manipulation, evocation, and socialization.
