Used the first recipe this past weekend while hosting Christmas dinner for mom and my bro & his fam (bought myself a kitchen torch) — and it was enough for TWO pies! Turned out great and I definitely recommend 10/10!

On this Veteran’s Day I am remembering both of my grandfathers. Good men who voluntarily signed up to defend against fascism during WWII. I believe they would be so disappointed to see what is happening now in our own country.
