I did not make the cut.

I join about half the remaining potential jurors who also got dismissed back down to find if we will get a new court assignment. Fortunately, we do not.

So I leave with my validated parking and this #JuryDuty souvenir.

8:25 welp after the 40 of us took elevators back to the 1st floor I’m back to that crowded jury room. Almost. It’s too full so waiting in hallway with a dozen others. We’re to wait down here while our judge finishes up some morning business.

While most people fill the jury waiting room, I’m among those who go right up to a courtroom. I’m up on the 10th floor reading their info pamphlet. I’m assigned a number and supposed to remember it.

Worst part so far, seems there’s no AC in this courtroom.
