Mhh....so far it sounds like what i had 🤔. But I'm sure there are still a whole lot of differences when looking closely. Currently, my only sport is to lift a baby around - and quite frankly, that's a lot. And i already have more muscles because of that, then before 😅.

I see... just doing it "often and regularly" is probably not enough. Have you spoken to a specialist who has put together a training and nutrition plan based on your goals?

I was so impressed when I saw some of your photos. You got SO strong! Even though I work out regularly, I have never managed to reach such a level. And the Archery, you made me think of trying it as well 🤔
