... and their "success" is primarily driven by Skoda (and the ID.7). I have been driving a Skoda Elroq for 6 months now: Solid car, but crappy software - charging is okay (I have a 175 kWp battery), but nothing impressive. I doubt that anything will improve significantly until SSP hits the road.

In absolute numbers, VW leads - but BMW's relative delivery share is higher and will increase dramatically, when the iX3 Production runs at full capacity. Mercedes' CLA is also climbing in registrations and new MMA models will hit the road soon. VW's MEB platform is solid - but nothing more ...

My gut feeling: BMW & Mercedes will somehow manage the transition, but it will be carnage. They have at least almost up-to-date platforms with Neue Klasse and MMA now. VW's SSP in 2028 is far too late, but the German Government will bailout VW. VW should have been gone since Diesel-Gate.

Kudos to the Nordics ... But I was rather pleased when looking into the registration numbers in Germany for November published by KBA today: BEV share is 22,2 % (56k BEVs, one of it from us 😉), Diesel is down at 11,8 %. ICE is declining, but the morons in charge here are ignoring the facts.

Ich versuche, seit ca. 1/2 Jahr ein Angebot für eine Warmwasser-WP (bivalent für Solarthermie) und eine WP für die Fußbodenheizung zu bekommen. Ist zum verzweifeln, alle lokalen Heizungsbauer kommen immer mit WP und min. 500l Pufferspeicher.
Irgendwelche Tipps vielleicht für mich?

Yes, agree with you, but I was surprised to see that the share of electric busses overall (M2&M3) in Germany this year is 25% (up from 16 % in 2024). Shifting to electric busses here in Germany is much more quiet and quicker than for cars.

I am Dresden for this weekend. In every other city I found around my hotel a 11KW charging station to plug in the car overnight. Here, it is a bit difficult, in other words: there is nothing in the city centre. Also my favourite networks (Ionity, EnBW) are very rare here. Still a long way to go ...

I am Dresden for this weekend. In every other city I found around my hotel a 11KW charging station to plug in the car overnight. Here, it is a bit difficult, in other words: there is nothing in the city centre. Also my favourite networks (Ionity, EnBW) are very rare here. Still a long way to go ...
