Doubtful either of those things are true if recent events anything to go by. This VERY new gov seem expected to turn everything around in blink of an eye & with only positive changes for all. Been some teething problems sure…….but I do wish they could be given a chance fgs!

Realised mid prosecution opening that I didn’t have my wig on. Surreptitiously (I thought!) ducked below desk , fished it out of bag, slapped it on and sat up again…… only to have HHJ remark “I believe my Clerk is ready for the next impression..” 🙈🙈👀
