Guitar concert today at Musikvalvet Baggen in the old town of Stockholm, Sweden. The Old Town Guitar Quintet played Latin American and Spanish music ensemble, duets, and solo.

This is my new shopping cart. My old one was stolen yesterday in the local food shop Hemköp here in Sköndal, Stockholm.
As a matter of principle I reported it online to the police the same day. I did not expect them to do anything about it.
Today I got a nice surprise. The police called me twice.

Midsummer lunch at home for my wife and me: vegetables, pickled herring, and cold smoked salmon with courtier’s sauce.

Polpette al sugo, Italian meatballs in tomato sauce. The recipe was not so good, because the meatballs tended to fall apart. Since my wife thought that this tasted ”so-so”, I will not try again with another recipe. She can get chicken fillets in tomato sauce instead. She likes that.

For Good Friday lunch I made roast lamb with sauce made of gravy, sour cream, veal stock, balsamic vinegar, parsley, and rosemary. My wife said it was ”quite OK”, ”fairly tasty”, and ”fully edible”.

For lunch today I made cod fillet covered by a layer of sour cream, tasty cheese (Swedish ”västerbottenost”), parsley, and garlic, cooked in the oven, and served with mashed potatoes
and vegetables. My said it was ”totally okay” (Swedish ”helt okej”).

Buns that I baked today according to my own recipe with 2/3 graham flour and 1/3 wholemeal wheat flour, otherwise like ciabatta wheat bread. I call it ”coarse ciabatta”. This time I got 23 buns.

I sowed seeds from dragon tree (Dracaena draco). So far I have got nine little plants, hoping for more.
