The worst we have

Her only option is JBB or Richard not getting any results in the next weeks. But firstly we know they are both very likely to get top10s or a podium and JBB might not be performing great but I think has already been appointed for the olympics. Are they gonna send someone to IBU cup before olympics?

Nice, all the energy splittings from Magnetic interactions are some of my favourites. They finally show the effects of spin. Made it a lot less abstract.

Now I just need to ask what part of QM you're on right now?

It's part of the excitement, he just goes crazy and sometimes collapses. Even pacing would not have given half the excitement. Thanks for also posting your thoughts here. It was the only reason for me to occasionally open the formerly known as twitter place.

Finnish team is really putting some work in. Particularly with 4 athletes that can get a top 10. On a perfect day everything is possible in the relay, I would be surprised if they do not get a podium this year. Both the Norwegians and the Swedes have a regular tendency to shoot penalty loops.

Very curious how the french men will ski tomorrow I have the impression the french skis aren't as exceptional as last year. Maybe this means the other finally have some comparable skis.

This was the case until the 23/24 season I think, but was changed last year. Oeverby and Michelon won ibu but only Michelon went to the wc. Probably the best decision considering the french and norwegians have dominated the IBU cup and the winner is often the one that does not go to the wc early.

There is a spot for the nations whose athlete won the IBU cup (Bened and Frey) last year and a personal spot for last year's world cup winners. The total spots per nation are capped at 7 (Norwegian men would otherwise have 8 spots winning both ibu and wc last year).

Wow that is just horrible for Braisaz, get all these tensions and drama to after 2 years have someone admit they just did it. Just can not imagine what made Simon do this.

Conistently using the full name as well.

Yes, and maybe JBB calls it a day to spend time with her family but everyone is young enough to keep going altleast one more cycle, most 2.

And not unimportant: 4 per event at the olympics, right? I foresee some trouble when choosing between JBB, Michelon and Richard or even Simon if she has a bad start to the season. Imagine if one of the up and coming athletes adds themselves to this list.

From my experience the habit is to take the nearest integer greater than half the number of riders 8 -> 5 6,7 -> 4. But it's the vuelta. I think it will be the bottle of the rider that left the startramp as 3rd.

He's a beast, spent a junior race in the break with him. Had to go to the back and say I was eating because he pulled like crazy directly when I pulled off. Slot back in a few places later in a safer spot. This was a mostly flat classics race and he won a small group sprint with ease, solid climber.

Also makes me appreciate books even more, the importance of correct publication makes the good ones well reviewed and well set up and for me a better educational tool than the internet.

Yeah exactly if this is the future AI will actually benefit physicists, mathematicians and alike who do more own work and do not delegate simple tasks to general computers. Kind of the oppositie of its marketing. Just shows that tools need to be purposeful and validated for their usecase.

When I google parsec it is just conpletely wrong. I can't imagine how that could be anything other than an AI hallucination. Also can not find anything online about this mistake, wonder how many of these mistakes will suddenly occur in the future.

Absolute love it, I have played with it and changed a few things in a separate branch. When I have time in a few days I will double check everything and push my branch remote such that you can take the parts of the branch you like!

Today they had to waste energy early but yesterday they were 4 with the last 15-20 with Bunel ahead. They did not have a Labous but Nooijen and de Vries climbed great.

I'll also take a look, is it okay if I clone branch and do some suggestions?

Also on the powermeter, Ag-insurance is on shimano power meters which have a bit of a reputation of not being reliable.

A small comment on your original calculation using 46.6 kg with a 6.8 kg bike. I only get 4.475 w/kg when you use Power/(bike_weight + person_weight) when using Power/person_weight I get 5.1. In general w/kg are calculated as power/person_weight.
