If that Goodreads floating around is real, I would be surprised if he wasn't! Basically all of the books that were favs in the book threads, plus at least a couple (I believe self-published) books written by rhizz posters

This is definitely true for some (maybe most) NBA players, but not all and certainly not all pro sports players. I guess my issue with this is that this smacks of the narrative employed by owners when player labor disputes happen

I certainly don't disagree, and if that was the point of the post I was responding to, nevermind what I said

Forgive me for being That Guy, but being rich doesn't make someone bourgeois, at least in this context. It may be true that their wealth is comparable to members of the bourgeoisie, but they still have a union that struggles against ownership

The system is not and will never be perfect. The robot merely takes measurements with some margin of error, a human has to evaluate the truth value

What use cases?

Sell job by the dback but a visible push off with full arm extension is pretty textbook OPI. Go birds/fuck the chiefs of course, but that call wasn't unreasonable

Ok. I think that's tribal-minded and ugly. I am sorry that you feel such hate towards strangers for where they live
February 3, 2025 at 3:46 PM
Absolutely feels like a fake show you see an ad for on a TV in Robocop
February 3, 2025 at 3:44 PM
Was talking to the guy who is loudly proclaiming he doesnt feel sorry for that woman because she lives in a red state
February 3, 2025 at 3:41 PM
You don't know how that lady voted. You don't know how voter suppression efforts have affected the outcome in that state. I imagine you don't know a lot of things
February 3, 2025 at 3:40 PM
What is wrong with you
February 3, 2025 at 3:20 PM
it's still so morbidly fascinating that you think this is valid interpretation of that deleted tweet and you continue you double down. surely by now you've even searched his blog for more sinister anti-China stuff and couldnt find it, yet you're unflinching that it *must* be what he was implying
January 28, 2025 at 4:21 AM
ohohoh sir there is only one person digging here and with how long you've been at it, im surprised you can still hold the shovel!!
January 28, 2025 at 3:54 AM
hahha you keep doing it. that's a whole new thing that you just now made up, why do you think that is my personal take?
January 28, 2025 at 3:37 AM
sorry are you trying to say this is also Ed maliciously lying? this statement that contains *squints* an opinion about apps, and an offhand comment about genAI data scaling?
January 28, 2025 at 3:13 AM
sorry let me link it again. can you poitn to me where he said the thing you claimed he said?
OpenAI is Lehman Brothers
A crash is coming....

why are you lying about what Ed said? Heres where you screenshotted the offending post. He didn't say the only source was SCMP, just that was the only one he found at that point (later correcting it later in light of new info). He also clearly didn't say the tweet was mythical, why make things up?

👉 "DeepSeek-V3 requires only 2.788M H800 GPU hours for its full training" 👈
👉 Cost of NVIDIA h800 at ~$2 per hour 👈
👉 2 * 2.788M 👈

Multiplying by 2 is magic, I guess? Instead a reporter has invented a missing tweet.

Here's another thing you said: "Prior to that he said the entire market was Lehman Brothers." No he didn't. his article explicitly compared openAI to Lehman, which is completely different. You even linked the article. Did you make a mistake in your statement? Did you lie about it with bad intention?
January 28, 2025 at 1:33 AM
Heres what you said: "He's been going on about how Deepseek is a Chinese conspiracy to undermine the west, implying we can never trust China." absolutely no where was that written by Ed. why are you lying? Do you have bad intentions?
