Just got home from visiting with my good friend and collaborator Jens Kiilgaard in Copenhagen DK, and what should be waiting for me at my local record store…Linkin Park’s #EmilyArmstrong is incredible! Can’t imagine a better lead following the loss of Chester. Plus, pressed on translucent blue wax!

Two masks on my plane to Copenhagen, DK……unfortunately, they are both on me, n95 under the beard mask (which I wear because the n95 cuts into my beard and makes me look like Davy Jones from Pirates of the Caribbean).

A new study led by Laura Bohrer and Nick Stone is out today in the journal Stem Cells! In this manuscript we describe development of a micro-fluidic mechanoporation platform (CellFE) and cGMP compliant protocols to enable CRISPR correction of disease causing mutations in patient iPSCs.
