I’m glad the results are negative!
And I love mushrooms and all different kinds of mushroom soups but this is definitely the best one I’ve tried so far.

I found this recipe online but I substituted the 1 cup milk for 1/2 heavy cream. Oh and I used baby bello mushrooms. (My butter was Irish salted butter, my onion was red, and I chose chicken stock over vegetable stock)

I wanted it to be prettier but I had to rush the end because I didn’t have it done before the first guests arrived. But the flavor was really good so I’m still happy.
