is AC Rally worth it or is it just another tech demo sold 30€ where you have to wait years to have a game with a decent amount of content?

So I went to a queer dating event, I may have not have gotten any numbers from the people there but some people did hook me up with some people they know ( mostly puppy girls funnily enough) and so far the dates have gone pretty well
