how should i think of this... showing my art to the wide world? i sometimes think i should just do it with reckless abandon, while other times i feel i should curate what i show, as the character, too, can be a form of art, i might imagine. but that's too much to think of often (4/4)

i know at some point people struggle between creating art for the purpose of pleasing many people, compromising the vision they have for themselves. but i'm not yet at this crossroads, i think... at least today, i think the strongest thing that drives my creation is that i love what i make (3/?)

i know creation of art is an expression of the self, but as much as i agree with the fact that it should be for myself foremost, i also wonder if that necessarily means those who enjoy what i create is... sensible? i feel like it's only human, right? (2/?)
