I received my first paycheck in nearly 6 months. I am so grateful we were privileged to make it this far on savings, and I was able to get work before the money ran out.
To celebrate I think I'll be ordering out tonight and ordering some new emulators.

Finally got around to rolling the credits on Hyper Light Drifter. It's super surreal to see my name encapsulated in the credits of a video game! I believe I got hosed in the backer lists of Mighty No 9 and Bloodstained ROTN as a number.

I find all the AI job postings to be alarming, because 99% of those people will be laid off in 2 years when the models no longer require constant training. It very much feels like a Trump-Era bait and switch for unemployment numbers today.

I swore I'd never do it but the bills need paid. The economy sucks and none of the dispensaries wanted me here in Oly. Truly I tried my best without burning bridges. It just wasn't meant to be.

I really hope Konami's next Phase with Suikoden involves remastering the PS1 visual novels Suikogaiden Vol 1 and Vol 2. The main series narrative is literally five games long, and the novels are very much their own play commitment! 10/10
