I really hope that once we exit these dark times that America can rebuild its image because I can't imagine that other countries are gonna be very happy to deal with America at the rate things are moving... I just hope we can fix it..

This tiktok deal just feels icky. trump gets to *play* hero to a problem he created to try and save face also I worry about who is now in control of tiktok

One of the problems with being a blue dot in a sea of red is I can't even look at local news without getting angry. The comments are just outrageously out of touch with reality. It's going to be a long 4 years, and that's if we can get him to vacate then... doubtful..

And there goes tiktok. Hopefully this place can keep me sane for the years to come because I worry even if tiktok comes back it won't be the same it was when it went away being the CEO is budding up with trump.

I'm struggling to process my grief of losing tiktok tonight. That app has helped me not feel so alone. Being a blue dot in a sea of red in this state, I feel isolated at times, and tiktok has helped me remember that there are others like me in this world. Farwell tiktok, you will be missed.
