Only illogics can find, hidden flaws in a straight logic line. Only erratics recognise, errors in patterns of a perfect design.
And that’s fine. You can go by what you feel. The community also felt something for your work, which allowed them to generate $10K worth of creator rewards for you. Did you ask for it? Nah. But then again, not every deed in the world is asked for. Some just come out of the blue.

So semantically you can find a leg to pull on. But at its core and how it is in practise, not an ICO.

I'm not sure what "super care" means. But here you go:

Nope. Read:

Okidoki, will pass that on.
January 16, 2026 at 8:14 AM
That's like saying. A pickle is shaped like a phallus. Must be a phallus.

I've been in crypto for a long long time (since 2012). Trust me, I know what misconceptions look like.
January 16, 2026 at 8:13 AM
As for the team of BagsApp goes. want me to have them reach out to you instead? They're not some "hidden" people, I can assure you that. They're quite public.
January 16, 2026 at 8:10 AM
I'm sorry if you felt as if I was trying to gaslight you. Certainly not what I intended to do here lol. I actually learned a lot from this interaction. Helps me understand also your side better. All legitimate concerns and interpretations someone in your position!
January 16, 2026 at 8:08 AM
So again up to you, you want to know what the apple is like. Try to taste the apple as it is. Don't go: But it's not meeting the demands of an orange!

It leads to nowhere. This is a *novel* concept. Requires an open mind. Read docs, ponder if you like. Or just cut it here. And we all move on.
January 16, 2026 at 7:55 AM
Not quite that. You're entering now into a territory of the Solana blockchain, metadata processing and such.

Conversation is now derailing into a whole different horizon. One side is now talking about Apples and the other about Oranges.

I'm talking about Apples and I'm trying to show you an Apple.
January 16, 2026 at 7:54 AM
So if it may seem "pushy" or anything. Not trying to be. Just really super passionate about it and I just know what it is and what it can do and the misconceptions it can have. That's all.

So Jesse. Up to you! Whichever way you want it, it's all good :).
January 16, 2026 at 7:46 AM
Outside of this conversation. I should note for folks who know about this it can be a little frustrating sometimes to get things through because the idea is quite novel. Been in crypto since 2012, I know what it's like to scream about BTC back then and everyone going: Meh, what. Fantasy. Scam.
January 16, 2026 at 7:45 AM
Yeah you can. You just say (and that's also specified in the docs):
"I'm aware of the token created for [project]. I've decided not to claim it. I appreciate the interest but I'm focused on building."

That's it.

I'll just add the X screenshot too, but I encourage to check his profile now and what's actually going for him ;). Many many other examples like his out there. Some much bigger, others, smaller. First screenshot, initial explanation. Second screenshot, whole different cake.
January 16, 2026 at 7:27 AM
Took a little time, juggling between a bunch of other work.

And the X link I spoke of in the screenshot, right here:

January 16, 2026 at 7:24 AM
Exactly what i'm doing now hah!
January 16, 2026 at 6:48 AM
Yep yep. Completely get that.

I'm trying to write the second reply for point 2. I'm having trouble condensing it into 300 characters max 🙈.
January 16, 2026 at 6:46 AM
Completely get what you're saying there.
1. In some scenarios, an e-mail might be better as not everyone of course uses Discord or X, they're just considered to be widely used social channels.

Doing another post (300 character max :P).
January 16, 2026 at 6:42 AM
And I am truly sorry if this all sounds so super confusing, overwhelming, weird. And just everything in 1 mush. 🙏
January 16, 2026 at 6:15 AM
With all that said. Read the blueprint, even if you're telling me you have read it (which I can see you have not). Just read it, in secret. I don't need to know that you in the end DID read it.

It's a blessing.

I don't use Bluesky much honestly. But I'll be here.
January 16, 2026 at 6:12 AM
So it's all up to you. No endorsement/acknowledgement then nothing happens with it. You can continue to rely on Github donations of which its donations are just, nothing compared to what BagsApp has been able to deliver to real developers/builders.
January 16, 2026 at 6:11 AM
Actually, no one will participate in the token at all if you are not endorsing it. Simple as that, it goes into dust. Any royalties generated on that, stay in a dust (you can still claim it). But without acknowledgement, it goes nowhere.

But I can see already that you have not read the blueprint.
January 16, 2026 at 6:08 AM
The closest reference he makes is a "Github donation". Which it exactly is, just 1000x better. But he needs to read the blueprint so he can really understand what he's looking at. Otherwise we're holding a conversation on completely wrong grounds from the get-go with assumptions that are incorrect.
January 16, 2026 at 6:01 AM
I don't think it's necessary that. It's simply that he has no tangible reference in understanding of what he's seeing so he's using the argument of what comes close in interpreting this. Which is, incorrect. Hence, he needs to read the blueprint.
