Today 100 years ago our father was born. We were lucky to have him around for almost 95 years. Enough to meet our Riza as a puppy.

Riza on holiday. Behind Camping Kaul in Wiltz, Luxembourg, is a nice trail through the woods and crossing a stream. Lots to see and smell! Ideal for a morning walk.

Riza on holiday. Beautiful day for a nice walk in the city centre of Troyes, France. My humans are getting the hang of finding nice parks for me. No four legged friends to play with, unfortunately.

Riza on holiday. Nice day for a walk in the lush green of Venice Verte. Of course, the cool thing to do would be to take one of the boats in the background and navigate the myriad of canals. But no sniffing or meeting new dog friends on the boat. I prefer walking.

Riza on holiday. Left Spain behind and checked in to this lovely boutique hotel just outside Niort, France. Look forward to see the Venice Verte (Green Venice) here in Marais Poitevin region.

Riza on holiday. Gijón on the Spanish north coast is quite an adventure. Seeing and hearing the waves slap to the quay metres below requires careful inspection. It’s been quite a while since I last saw the sea!

Riza on holiday. Found this lovely restaurant in Madrid on www.srperro.com (Mr Dog in Spanish) where I’ve been welcomed and treated to a bowl of water. My humans’ lady friend was nice as well!

Riza on holiday. The Royal Palace in Madrid definitely has the better view! I’m looking out over a big part of the city 😄🐾
