That light industry in the background then backs onto a housing estate, a builders warehouse and a McDonalds on a main road. Feels like grey belt to me but will Bromley Council feel the same, and will government guidance make it clear?

[sorry was made to run the line] and Bromley is failing its housing delivery test, quite badly. Not delivering enough homes against its target.

There are no shining stars or leaders in the housing sector, which might be ok as people are being honest about their maturity, which then leads to more collaboration

The funding boost for housing in the budget is welcomed but Housing Associations are struggling to manage regulatory requirements on existing stock. How might more design-led and digital approaches help them increase their capacity to build? Sign up here
