The difference between business and government is where their priority lies. Businesses do things to make money. The service is a side effect or means. Good governments do things as a service to their people. The money is enough to cover the cost of that service.

It is interesting to me the way that I have changed as a mother in the last year. I think I’m more the mother that my kids need now than I was a year and a half ago. I don’t know if I would’ve become this mother that they need without the divorce, but I do know that the divorce changed me.
