Not my preferred characterization of Die Linke - ie as presenting a equivalent threat to Democracy as AfD. The idea of breaking the 'firewall' and forming a coalition with them in the medium term does not strike me as nearly as big a defeat for Liberal Democracy as the prospect of allying with AfD

Sad to see philosophy out of the top 4 of BA enrolment (especially with Econ and poli sci in the top 2). Maybe some kind of program could combine the three…has it been tried??
