I’ve yet to go anywhere that beats their service, which is really what makes a restaurant a contender. I’m disappointed for him. (I promise I’m not a food snob, I enjoy good food in all forms)

Agree, but I’ve also been to a few 1-starred restaurants in other cities that would be right at home in Philly. 3-stars are much more…..culturally unique. I’m a little bummed Vetri didn’t get a star considering his influence on Philly dining over the past few decades lol

You never know when something can happen, an accident, an illness, your immune system just suddenly choosing to go into overdrive. It changed my entire life, and those years were horrendously painful and stressful.

I started taking Simponi Aria in 2019, which was thankfully covered by my medical plan. I have been mostly in remission since then. This infusion costs over 100K per year. I don’t even pay a co-pay, and I recognize what an enormous privilege that is.

I failed 5 traditional DMARDs and 1 monoclonal antibody infusion over the course of 2 years. I ran out of prescription cost coverage 3 months into the new year and was paying exorbitant prices for medication to keep me off steroids.
