I'm feeling some kind of way since I realized I am now "clinically obese" according to the (outdated, not clinically sound) BMI chart. I recognize that I'm also not exactly "fit" but as someone who has a difficult time finding foods that work well for me after having half my tongue removed (1/2)

We are far from accepting and normalizing any form of queer relationships in the US, let alone multiple partners (regardless of gender or sexuality). In healthcare, this can cause added stress to our patients.

Surviving with and beyond a cancer diagnosis is hard. . . AND we can experience emotional, spiritual, and social growth throughout.

There's a balance between honoring the trauma and letting it rule our lives. The more we heal emotionally, the less power it has.
