Is it nice. Worth the effort? I make lots of jams but never done with apples. But I am ( happily ) drowning in apples and gifted a big bag as well today. Already got puree in freezer & dehydrated some for winter.

Had a huge #cheese urge despite the temperature! So I made up a recipe 🤣Had my #kohlrabi from plot so sliced and same with my Apache 2nd earlies.40 mins in oven with stock til evaporated then slathered on a huge cheese sauce and 15 mins in oven. Topped with chives. Yum

My friends (nicely) laugh at me for my foraging habits but harvested young #nettletops yesterday and made a pesto with garlic and pine nuts and Parmesan. Full of iron. And it was so yummy 👍😋
