The second cohort of our #DAAD funded M.Sc. programme is underway, already wrapping up the 3rd module led by the great malaria immunologist Rolf Fendel and Matthew McCall, and supported by two former IBC students, Elisabeth Mbolle and Flavian Fukah Jam, now PhD students with Rolf in Tübingen.

This imposing but peaceful fellow greeted me on Friday on top of the Stooss in the Alpstein mountain range - it were intensive, breathtaking moments since I was climbing up on a relatively steep side on the way to the summit
