Probably the best Sailor Moon hair I’ve ever done for an idol event.

First day of a two show weekend with my idol group, SCK GIRLS, is complete!!

best advice therapist ever gave me was to speak to myself the same way I would my own child, “approach yourself with that same protective kindness”

she was spot on, & as I began to speak kindly to myself, I began rebuilding trust, slowly learning that I am worthy of both giving and receiving love
