Oh crap. It looks like the ID editing of @openstreetmap.bsky.social is also down ? It displays the background but no OSM data to edit.

I wish I'd spend my Sunday morning doing anything but spend several hours of my life trying to remember everything that was in my bag they lost, including detailed description, the exact brand and model of item, the date of purchase, the price I paid and where I've put the bloody receipt since 2021.
October 26, 2025 at 6:19 AM
New email exactly five days after they lost my bag. They now ask for all content (good luck remembering most items packed a week ago, their brand and model, colour, Euro value, etc. 😑) and ask AGAIN for AirTag. Third time I’m asked, third time I provide. These people suck at information management.
October 25, 2025 at 8:57 PM
Still zero news from Brussels Airline but the AirTag shows the bag has been moved from the local where it was since Tuesday morning and moved to another location. Might be on its way to the Brussels Airline office before they call a delivery company ?
October 25, 2025 at 1:32 PM
Hmm. Either something's off with the AirTag or they've actually find the bag and moved it to another location. Might be the end of my ordeal ?

Still zero relevant update from Brussels Airlines. My bag has been stored in the lost luggage room of Brussels airport since Tuesday 9am. It’s reported, it’s identified, it’s easy to find using the AirTag, it’s described all the way to the exact model. Only thing missing is someone actually caring.
October 25, 2025 at 6:36 AM
Wow, thanks Ken. After I sent you the link to the AirTag track, you managed to realise all by yourself that the bag was in the airport. That’s some pretty impressive investigative work. Still you wonder what the eff they did since Monday night when they told me the bag had not been loaded in Zurich.
October 23, 2025 at 11:44 AM
Now I’m wondering if I’ll ever get compensated for the last two days stuck at home waiting for my bag, unable to work. I have project proposals to finish, files to process, documents to send. I know exactly where my bag is but I don’t know if I’ll get it in an hour or in a week. I’m in deep trouble.

Day3 update: SN gave me the option to add additional information, ie a link allowing them to locate my bag using a tracker I left inside for that explicit purpose. My luggage might eventually be located and recovered thanks to a cheap 7€ AirTag ersatz from Action… Bag hasn’t moved since Tuesday 9am.
October 23, 2025 at 5:59 AM
So they located it, sent to Brussels THEN lost it again. Effing great.
October 22, 2025 at 8:11 PM
In the meantime, I can’t access my computer, i won’t buy a 120€ replacement power adapter, no thank you.
October 22, 2025 at 3:07 PM
Update: got a mail from SN telling me “sorry, please be patient.“
They still try to locate my bag, which I remotely located through an AirTag since Tuesday morning. It’s been sitting in a baggage
storage room for the last 32 hours. No delivery date or time yet. I’d be faster breaking into the room.

No luck on Facebook. Their page is full of comments of unhappy customers. Looks like they’re about to announce they’ll go bankrupt again.

Hey @developers.google.com could you fix your insane report ? It's about 25°C this morning in Siem Reap, Cambodia. This kind of false weather report is killing the tourism industry. Thanks. Bye.

September 18, 2025 at 10:23 AM
Soupir.
