I used to see Muse several times each tour for a few years and even the songs they rotated, we'd know beforehand which ones we'd be getting. Still had an amazing time each time. (The one time they moved Knights to the middle of the set we were very put off. We NEED our stable setlists. 🤣 )

The large majority will go to one show and never know what happened at other shows.

(That said, I will be forever bitter at Muse playing Assassin at all the gigs I don't go to. Especially that one time they played it in London the day before my gig. I'm taking that personally. *shakes fist*)

Aah, yes. The ever-samish setlists… Things never change, will they, no matter the band. 🙄 Insane logistics of practising new songs each day at the scale of that stage and effects aside, the people following a band around are such a minority, the people stalking setlists barely more.
