If HDR isn't important to you, you can get something relatively cheap and you'll be fine. (As long as you don't then play HDR movies on your HDR-incapable tv)

Well the best website that tests tvs right now is rtings.com. Their reviews are very detailed so you'll be able to get something that fits your requirements. I recommended a tv for my parents using this site and it didn't disappoint.

Yes and no because most films are released at 23.976 fps which isn't going to look good at 120hz. You'd have to set your monitor at 119.88hz to get judder free playback for those.
