We may not be interested in many things, but many things are interested in us, meaning we are under influence of a lot of events that we cannot control.

Bashir al-Assar is last seen early December. And the only planes leaving Damascus is bound for Moscow.

He is a dentist so there will be job for him in Russia.

This must be sanctioned by som key players, probably Russia, Turkey and Iran.

What it means. A new Islamist state or some democracy?

Grey is the day. But Christmas is in every shop window in town. Next week is Lucia and the Nobel prize festivities. Can there be some snow framing the events?

It’s Friday. Listened to an interview with Jensen Huang, the CEO of Nvidia.

He painted optimism in bright colors. AI will be a game changer in most aspects when it comes to IT.

I asked my Kahoot AI to make a Kahoot about the human body’s functions. It took 2 seconds. And this is the beginning!

Antarctica is a land of not only ice, but fire. More than 100 volcanoes hide beneath the ice sheet or poke through it. One, 3800-meter-high Mount Erebus, seethes menacingly just 40 kilometers from McMurdo Station, Antarctica’s biggest research base(Science)

Some years ago we went to London for Christmas. A nice holiday brake. We stayed at Buckingham Gate Hotel, near Buckingham Palace. And one block away we found a very nice little pub. And…there we found a photo on the wall. And not just any photo.

From daily life. I work as a teacher nowadays.

Student, 6 grade:

- Math is boring. What’s the use of this crap?
- Well, you can have use for it. You and I do a work. Get 2000.
- Yeah.
- We split even!
- Yeah
- You get 800 and I take the rest of it. Fair right?
- Yeah, that’s fair.

Sleet this morning in Stockholm. Bulten had no problems with that but Skruven had sort of resistance. Now I wait for my sourdough bread to materialize. 19 minutes to go.

Yum!

The people of East Germany went through hardship 1953 and protested.

Brecht famously criticized the East German government's response to the protests by stating, "Would it not be easier... for the government to dissolve the people and elect another?"

Sometimes it occur to me that it’s timeless!
