The 🇺🇸 incarceration rate has always been significantly higher than in any other developed country in the world. Prison industry lobby as well as warden's unions have always oiled the political system.
As despicable as it is, locking people up is just another opportunity to make money in 🇺🇸.

The reason for these particular pardons was "No MAGA left behind." These were the Führer's foot soldiers, just like the Jan 6 mob. $250.000 is less than peanuts for the mobster-in-chief.

You shouldn't have to. The whole project is illegal. US firms donating funds to build the monstrosity should be fined and held liable to finance its demolition once the country returns to be a democracy.

It's clearly illegal. Democrats should go on record stating that once Democracy returns, the US firms donating to the desecration of the White House will be heavily fined to finance the demolition of this monstrosity.
