hmmmm @ therapy and needing to inhabit my body to pay attention to physical cues for when I am starting to panic/shut down/engage in older behaviors that kept me safe but are no longer relevant and how much work that is going to take because again I cannot stress this enough - I hate having a body

working thru body dysmorphia and internalized fatphobia is a helluva task! been painting non-idealized portraits of myself to try and neutralize my reaction to the physical parts of myself that I have the most issues with! today’s victim: my soft jawline

took an edible to hit right at the end of the workday and realizing that I am doing my best work absolutely BLASTED. At the same copying & pasting drug tolerance policies from the department of labor into our employee handbook (that I am rewriting? lmao??)
