There are hundreds of thousands of Tesla owners who cannot afford to "dump our Teslas". I'm retired/fixed income, long supported EVs, and am a lifelong environmental activist. Instead, write and demand they dump Elon:

I was there! I drove 5 hrs from western Colorado to attend. Wonderful to be in the presence of so many great people! The only hope that we have is for ALL of us to get involved in street demonstrations. If enough of us demonstrate, they can't arrest us all!

Agree with one caveat: approximately HALF of US citizens cannot be trusted.

Speaking for Tesla owners who bought before his reign of terror, we need to get rid of HIM, not Tesla. I can't afford to get another car, and I believe passionately in EVs. Write Tesla, ask them to get rid of Musk:

The complexity and sophistication of their musical arrangements is amazing even without the lyrics, which are weird but enjoyable... I've been listening to a lot of their studio outtakes; a lot to mine there!

... and I was never on twitter, so am not sure this is the format for me ... but I'm glad we're connected, Geoff! Time will tell if I stay here ... not sure how to handle all of the threads; it's a bit overwhelming to keep up with hundreds of conversations!

Is there a movement of Tesla owners here that is working to force Tesla to cut bait with the Musk-rat? If so, I want to join!

Count me in ... I recently bought a Tesla after doing a lot of research ... it was the best fit with my needs, and I had to take advantage of the rebates before trump trumped them. I've been mad about the Musk Rat for some time, but needed a car. I do have the Make America Gracious Again sticker...

Lots of great artists were assholes in real life ... thinking off hand of Morrissey and Picasso ... sadly, there are probably hundreds more examples.🤣

Agreed ... I'm approaching 70. In the 70's, I thought it was decent music, but for older folks ... and I was right. I was more into hard rock at the time. Now I consider the Dan to be the peak of rock/jazz perfection.

If referring to the lyrics ... I love the music, and think of the lyrics as satire; offensive as some of them can certainly be ... and don't forget that this music was written in the 70's, when attitudes were somewhat different. Not making excuses, but sometimes artistic license is considered ...
