Well yeah, it's like if he taxed us on something and then a year later took away the tax, he can claim he lowered taxes. But he really didn't; he just removed the tax he started in the first place!

So let me see if I got this: if coffee costs $X before the tariffs, then it costs $X+Y after the tariffs, then wouldn't it cost $X once tariffs are removed? That is, the price would just go back to what it was in January 2025? I.E., the price wouldn't really go down like he promised?
