Mordred is definitely inconsistent in how their gender is treated. (Their bio in fgo doesn’t really clear it up ether) My understanding has been they use male titles (Sir, Mr, King, etc) but use female pronouns. But then again it’s still super unclear the male titles part is the only for sure part
