Except he issues exemptions to his buddies so that he only hurts his opponents. Funny picture but it fails to help people understand the crime that is happening.

I love all of this but historically efforts are too big and take too much time. We need to be better at smaller lean experiments and build programs with smaller successes that build on each other. Your plan is testable today and yet nothing will ever happen.
