I think it is commonly referred to as Vertical C*** Hood Piercing, if I understand you right. (I haven’t found the name you call it 😖) Seems like a great combination as there is something on it and something beneath it 😋

I feel like the triangula is already a great one. So the next one would be one through the hood or skin in a higher place in some way? I wouldn’t know if I would go for two horizontal ones or one horizontal and one vertical.

I had one, not sure which gauge it had in the end when I was younger. The hole is still there but there isn’t much coming out of it, at least for me. The way it is, it is pretty much closed by itself, at least for me.
There are certainly more things to consider though
