Georgia's Representative Greene finally said something true about the GOPs: "It’s all so absurd and completely unserious. I refuse to be a battered wife hoping it all goes away and gets better.”

That analogy of being a battered wife, hoping it goes away (yet it never does) is 100% accurate.

Why do young me listen to Andrew Tate (a millionaire) tell them that they're total losers unless they become millionaires? Why in HELL do conservatives in particular worship the millionaires and billionaires so damn much? That instinct is so damaging.

No matter how they try to juggle the books, they just can't make the numbers look good for trump's crew. The trump tariffs are heavily screwing us, making the recession worse. So, yeah, they aren't gonna release that report yet.

I wonder when the "patriotic capitalism" community (aka, the would-be oligarchs) will start promoting Vance as Trump 2.0. I'm guessing they're trying for Trump 3.0 first, seeing what sticks, before they push for the Vance-In-Chief.

Vote. Everyone, vote. You have seen what Trump and crew have already done. You know it will continue to worsen.

VOTE.

An assassination of a Minnesota congressperson. An attempted assassination of a Minnesota senator. Both are Democrats. And on today's No Kings Day. The domestic extremist terrorists working with the autocratic regime are moving from financial and verbal intimidation into outright assassinations.

If Trump can't get his own Reichstag Fire, then by golly he will make one. Thus his escalation (or invasion?) into L.A., ignoring Posse Comitatus, and threats to arrest CA's governor. Over a protest against his ICEstapo.

If TX passes SB 2880, the bill would make it illegal to “provide information” on how to obtain an abortion-inducing drug. Texas legislators not only want to make sure no one can START a discussion on abortion pills, they also want to make sure no one can FIND one.

America's universities and colleges need to join forces, to work together. They need to unionize. Their enemy is the country's executive branch. And the AAU needs to take in many more institutions. And they need to pool their legal resources.

If they don't, some of them _will_ be shut down.

Trump is bringing back the Smoot-Hawley Tariff Act. In 1930, that damn disastrous act raised tariffs on 20,000+ products. Net effect: The Stock Market and Bad Recession of 1929 became the Great Depression of the 1930s. And international trade collapsed and began eliminating America to survive.

Deep hurt to the entire education, employability, and life quality of 15% of all American children. Think of all the children you know: So 1 out of every 6 of them screwed forever.

In trump 1.0, devoss did her "best" to disable the education department. Now trump 2.0's mcmahon is going further.

We know how the gops get their foot in the door with hateful tactics. If they succeed in Tennessee, they'll push this destruction into public education of the conservative states. And if it goes to the supreme court, they'll push it for the country.
