So is there a reason Pokémon Go has the worst hours of the afternoon to be outside in as its hours to do things in? Does Niantic not know what the UV index is? Or what hours of the day tend to get the "don't go outside unless you absolutely have to" warnings?

Yesterday was the 4th of July parade, and I live real close to the route it takes, but I did not hear it at all
That's weird because it's real fuckin' hard to ignore the fife and drum corps that's usually part of the parade when I live only a few hundred feet away from the route

I successfully escorted this child back to her mother. Why did the portrait telling me the NPC was with me not disappear. Is it because I went somewhere a bit out of order?
