Well I mean I would say the mouse trap worse than this since the mouse trap one is just a guy in a Mickey Mouse mask but this Mickey has more budget and effort of this Mickey Mouse costume than the mouse trap

Well yes only in story dialogue not title because Mickey Mouse name is trademark mean that you can’t put it in title or branding
however some people like to use other name for Mickey like Willie or Mortimer just to be extra safe from Disney
